Our services

From paintless repair of hail damage and cosmetic dents to accident body restoration, automotive refinishing and insurance claim administration, we handle the full process in one place. The appropriate repair method is selected in every case based on the condition of the vehicle and the damage.

Hail and dent repair (PDR)

PDR technology makes it possible to restore many dents caused by hail, parking damage or minor impacts while preserving the factory paintwork.

When can it be used?

  • For dents caused by hail and spread over a larger area.
  • For cosmetic damage caused by door impacts, parking incidents or other minor external impacts.
  • When the condition of the paintwork and sheet metal allows paintless repair.

Why is it beneficial?

  • The aim is to retain the original paint and clear-coat layers.
  • Where PDR is sufficient, conventional filling and repainting are not required.
  • It is also suitable for restoring large numbers of hail dents.

Assessment

  • We inspect the location, depth and accessibility of the damage, as well as the condition of the paintwork.
  • The repair method and expected time required are determined after the condition assessment.
  • For insurance claims, we also assist with documentation and claim administration.

Body repair and automotive refinishing

We repair vehicles damaged in accidents, storms or vandalism by coordinating bodywork, PDR and refinishing techniques.

Body restoration

  • In addition to visible damage, we also check the condition of concealed structural components.
  • Repairable panels are restored, while parts that need replacement are sourced from verified suppliers.
  • Related panel gaps, closures and systems are also checked.

PDR-assisted repair

  • Where possible, conventional body repair is supplemented with PDR methods.
  • This can reduce the amount of filler required in many cases.
  • Refinishing is matched to the repaired surface and the condition of surrounding panels.

Pre-delivery inspection

  • We check the repaired surface, panel alignment and the appearance of the refinishing.
  • For larger repairs, we carry out the related diagnostic checks.
  • At handover, we review the work carried out and any important information with the customer.

Insurance claim administration

We handle the documentation, inspections, calculations and repair coordination connected with insurance claims together with the repair process.

How can we help?

  • Documenting the loss event and the damage to the vehicle.
  • Preparing for the insurer’s inspection and, where necessary, a supplementary inspection.
  • Coordinating the repair calculation, required parts and repair-method items.

What types of claims?

  • Own-damage claims settled under CASCO insurance.
  • Claims settled under compulsory motor liability insurance (KGFB) for damage caused by another vehicle.
  • Hail, storm, property-damage and vandalism claims, depending on the applicable insurance cover.

Important information

  • The conditions of reimbursement are determined by the relevant insurance contract and the insurer’s decision.
  • Before repair, we review the deductible, any depreciation and items that are not covered.
  • Detailed conditions are set out in the current General Terms and Conditions and the individual work-order documents.

Vehicle servicing and diagnostics

In addition to technical checks related to body repairs, we also provide general servicing, fault diagnostics and preparation for roadworthiness testing.

Servicing and inspection

  • Periodic maintenance and general condition checks.
  • Pre-roadworthiness-test inspection and repairs as required.
  • Mechanical and safety checks related to accident repairs.

Fault diagnostics

  • Reading and interpreting electronic fault codes.
  • Identifying the cause behind a fault code rather than simply clearing the stored code.
  • Rechecking the affected systems after repair.

Additional checks

  • Inspection and adjustment of headlamps.
  • Checking electrical and comfort systems affected during the repair.
  • Further repair recommendations based on the condition of the vehicle.

Air-conditioning service and interior treatment

In addition to refrigerant recovery, charging and fault finding for the air-conditioning system, we also provide ozone interior treatment.

Air-conditioning system

  • Professional recovery and charging of refrigerant in accordance with the vehicle specifications.
  • Checking system operation and pressure values.
  • Fault finding and repair coordination if there is a leak or operating problem.

Ozone interior treatment

  • Treatment intended to reduce unpleasant odours in the passenger compartment.
  • It can be useful after prolonged storage, tobacco smoke or odours caused by moisture.
  • It does not replace cleaning heavily soiled surfaces or repairing defective components.

When should it be checked?

  • If the air conditioning cools slowly or does not cool at all.
  • If unusual noise, odour or condensation problems occur.
  • If the system has not been checked or serviced for a long time.

Vehicle protection and polishing

Alongside full or partial polishing, we provide underbody and cavity protection to help preserve the vehicle’s appearance and structural condition.

Polishing

  • Machine polishing of the complete body or selected panels.
  • Reduction of lighter wash scratches, dullness and surface marks according to the condition of the clear coat.
  • Before treatment, we assess the condition of the paintwork and the defects that can be corrected safely.

Underbody and cavity protection

  • Inspection and preparation of surfaces exposed to corrosion.
  • Application of a suitable protective material to the affected areas.
  • Depending on the starting condition, preliminary repair or cleaning may also be required.

Condition assessment

  • Polishing cannot remove every deep scratch or damaged paint layer.
  • The result of underbody protection is fundamentally influenced by surface preparation.
  • The recommended method is selected after an in-person condition assessment.

Electrical repairs and tow-bar installation

We diagnose and repair electrical problems, adjust headlamps and install a tow bar suitable for the vehicle.

Electrical faults

  • Inspection of lighting, connection and wiring faults.
  • Checking electrical systems affected during body repair.
  • Targeted repair recommendations based on fault codes and measurement results.

Headlamp adjustment

  • Checking and adjusting the position of the light beam.
  • This is particularly important after headlamp, suspension or body repairs.
  • If a mounting point is damaged or a component is defective, the technical fault is repaired first.

Tow-bar installation

  • Selection of a system suited to the vehicle type and intended use.
  • Mechanical installation and the necessary electrical connection.
  • Advance coordination of approval and technical requirements.

Vehicle transport and replacement car

We can also help transport damaged, partially mobile or immobile vehicles to the workshop, store them and, where required, provide a replacement car.

Vehicle transport

  • Arranging transport appropriate to the condition of the damaged vehicle.
  • After arrival at the workshop, recording the vehicle’s condition and agreeing the next steps.
  • For insurance claims, handling transport documents as part of the claim administration process.

Storage and inspection

  • The vehicle is stored on our premises for the duration of the repair and insurer inspection.
  • We provide suitable conditions for the loss adjuster’s inspection and any necessary dismantling.
  • The exact storage conditions are set out in the General Terms and Conditions and the individual work order.

Replacement car

  • A replacement car may be available for the duration of the repair, subject to capacity and individual conditions.
  • For insurance claims, the reimbursable period and cost are affected by the circumstances and the insurer’s position.
  • Detailed rules for use are set out in a separate rental agreement.
