Many drivers worry that choosing an independent workshop instead of an authorised dealer could mean losing their vehicle’s manufacturer warranty. Under EU rules (Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010), however, a manufacturer may not make the warranty conditional on having the vehicle repaired or maintained by an authorised dealer, provided the work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and using parts of appropriate quality.
That is exactly how we work. Whether it is scheduled maintenance, hail-damage repair or accident repair, we follow the manufacturer’s repair procedures and document in writing all work performed and all parts installed. If a manufacturer were to reject a warranty claim on the basis of our work, we stand behind it and take responsibility.
